A sentencing hearing is underway in Ottawa for Jack Tobin, the son of former Newfoundland premier Brian Tobin, in connection with the death of his good friend.

Another weak assed sentence coming up.

People will continue to drink and drive because the penalties are a joke.
People will continue to die, too.

I don't know all the details but weren't they both goofing around taking turns burning donuts? Tragic for both families and friends.
