After Peter Parker's death, new Spider-Man is Black-Latino

So how did this new spider man get his powers?

Apparently you have to read to find out, but hinted that it's "related" to the way Parker was affected (i.e. they didn't come up with some new way for ppl to get spider-like powers). They did say this spider man will have different abilities from the original though.

Either,
A) They are trying to promote more black/hispanic superheroes or appeal to the Black/hispanic community or,

B) They are truely running out of ideas on new superheros and are just re-designing old ones.

Did you think the same thing as me: he has an Obama look ?

First Heimdall, now this...? I think I'd be even more offended if I was a minority. Don't they deserve their own, well thought out, superheros? Or, are they only good enough to get the pale(hehe) imitaions?
