It's the Bay of F**king Fundy; the largest and msot powerful tides in the world. Idiots.
Why? It was an E-X-P-E-R-I-M-E-N-T. They gathered valuable information and found there is twice as much energy to be had down there than previously thought. As one person said, this is equivalent to breaking a drill bit in oil drilling.
