Nathan Horton scored with 7:33 left in Game 7, sending the Boston Bruins to the Stanley Cup finals for the first time in more than two decades with a 1-0 win over the visiting Tampa Bay Lightning in the Eastern Conference final on Friday night.

    what i don't understand is why the bruins were given the ideal amount of time off between series (5), leaving vancouver to rust for over a week? :?

    The schedule was released before gm 7 was played, and realistically, the NHL has the mulitiple schedules prepared ahead of time for every scenario, based on buildings and their availibility and other things like that, but I am sure your point will come up with the Colin Campbell conspiracy theorists
