Conservative candidate Ted Opitz was declared the winner of the election race in Etobicoke Centre on Monday, after the results of a judicial recount were released.

    It doesn't matter how many votes are cast, it only matters who counts the votes.

    Something doesn't seem right.

    it is kind of suspicious that the only ones who gained votes were the NDP, but more than 100 ballots were thrown out....seems a little fishy to me, but then I dont live in the centre of the universe where nothing makes sense to a normal person
