Manitoba breaches dike, causes deliberate flooding

Manitobans near Portage La Prairie are preparing for the worst Saturday morning as the province began the intentionally flooding of more than 150 homes in an attempt to avoid greater, uncontrolled flooding by the Assiniboine River.
