Yes! Take Charles Adler away. Maybe they'll fill his afternoon talk-radio slot with someone who isn't a moron.

Hot chicks though. I watched their election coverage interspersed with Zulu on Blu-Ray. An ex CKA member (Motorcycle Boy) came around and we killed Stellas while we watched the spectacular battle and the movie too...

Lt Bromhead being snotty to Sapper LT Chard:

“No bother... I'm not offering to clean it myself! Still, a chap ought to look smart in front of the men, don't you think? Well chin-chin... do carry on with your mud pies.”

is MCB banned or did he choose to leave? We need another one like you to deal with the MHA posters.

Nah, he got bored. Newly wed with a sprog on the way, he will be busy! He does share my interest in dealing with MHA's though!

Good ol' Bell. Business as usual for those scabs.

I'm no fan of Bell Canada. God knows I've spent enough time screaming at Bell customer service representatives on the telephone over the years. But in this case, Bell's in the right. Why should they pay the same rates for providing this channel as they do for existing channels with an already-established viewership? Why should they pay the same rate for a news channel, which people tune into for a few minutes at a time as a "regular" channel that draws viewership for hours? I don't want my satellite prices to go up for one extra news channel when I already have a dozen others on the channel line-up.

Sorry, I have ZERO empathy for a corporation that has literally stolen exponentially more from its customers than it would cost them to carry the channel at what is obviously market value, since SUN News has other takers.

Me either. But if SUN TV wins this one, Bell's gonna up my service fees. I'm not defending Bell, I'm trying to prevent them from having an extra reason to fuck me on monthly basis.

Fair enough Lemmy. That I can certainly appreciate. Bell spends enough time dreaming up ways to fuck the consumer without having a reason handed to them on a platter.
Mind you, if the CRTC spent more time worrying about the public's best interest and less time in the back pockets of the major telecom providers, there wouldn't be a rate hike associated with providing another news channel.
