Boy, mother pepper sprayed over cat dispute

KELOWNA, B.C. — A Kelowna, B.C., man has been charged after an eight-year-old boy and his mother were pepper sprayed in a dispute over a stray cat.

Another F idiot. Using pepper spray on an 8 year old and his mother. This guy needs a swift kick in the groin.

Hey.... CTV.... nice image of an RCMP constable above the story, as if the guy pepper spraying was RCMP instead of it being the RCMP that caught the guy.

I doubt if the arresting officer was dressed like the one in the picture either. That pic makes no sense in the context of the story. If they want to involve the RCMP, just show sgt Pepper doing his thing.
