NOPE! Have no fear Yogi... I'M not even close to pleading insanity, which, it seems, having any faith in our so-called "system" requires.

Not holding my breath over this one. IMO this maggot got off way too freaking light to begin with.

If you intentionally kill, you should be found guilty of murder. If you're nuts when you did it, stay at a mental hospital. But for at least the same period of time as you would have had to stay in prison.

As I suggested before leave the sick bastard right where he is. He is unfit to mingle with the general public.

    Does this make any sense?

Dr. Johann Brink, the clinical director at the Port Coquitlam, B.C., hospital where Schoenborn is being treated, agreed that he is healthier since his last hearing before the board a year ago.

Schoenborn still has unresolved anger issues, Brink said.

Flashes of that anger emerged as Crown counsel Lyle Hillaby pressed Schoenborn during questioning, saying he wasn't a forthcoming, self-disclosing patient.

Brink is recommending that Schoenborn be allowed escorted leave off the hospital premises.

Why in the fuck would you even consider letting this guy out after stating he has unresolved anger issues. I personally don't care if he's "healthier" than he was a year ago. With his mental health problems and anger issues he shouldn't be a candidate for escorted or unescorted trips to the coffee shop and parole should be so far off that the next millenium will be over before they even consider it.

Although, I'm sure his kids would be proud of the progress daddy's made in the past year................especially if they were still alive.

well he got his leave. But it's OK, he's not allowed to do drugs or possess weapons, so no worries.
