Don Ferguson said Abbott, 64, died Saturday night at Toronto General Hospital, 14 years after being diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

As has Grumpy, I've been watching/ listening to Air Farce since the 70's.
He's prolly with Dave Broadfoot making people laugh again at the Great Comedy Gig in the Sky.

Hey Pub, it was John Morgan who died in 2004, not Broadfoot.
It's a shock to read the news. Slowly but surely the last of the CBC regulars are disappearing. Pity there are few to replace them.
