The suspect was charged with sexual assault and released on conditions he not have any contact with the victim or anyone under 16 years of age.

So it's okay to molest anyone over the age of 16?

Considering this piece of crap is 82 years old it begs the question. How many years has he been doing this and how many other minors has he fucked up is his overly long stay on planet earth?
