I'm failing to see the difference between this guy and the waste-of-air who does the 'Girls Gone Wild' videos that are always being shilled on late night TV.

Girls gone wild filmed at Outlaws here in Calgary, it was advertised and no one was there that didn't know what was going to/could happen, no one was there under age and certainly no preteen girls. Big diff.

What would be the point? Given our judicial system of lack thereof, he'd likely get a sentence so leinient that it'd be like not being sentenced at all.
Three years for being perverted piece of human trash seems an extremely long sentence when you consider kicking someone to death only results in one day in prison as punishment.
