North Americans aren't getting the sleep they need and, according to the results of a new survey, the growing habit of using computers, laptops, televisions and other electronic devices in the hour before bedtime isn't helping matters.

    I thing that's about facebook messengers, qip, ICQ, AIM jabber etc. Tne same about mobile phones. Sometimes, staying a month in Carphatians there is unnatural freedom from that :D

    But it's true.

    Millions of computer programmers, network techs, and desktop support techs are enjoying shorter work weeks and shorter work days due to outsourcing and layoffs. :wink:
