I'd like to be the first to thank the 15 Liberal MP's who broke rank and voted for this bill. It's nice to see some common sense comming out of that party for once.

Absolutly awesome bill.... I like it because it makes sence. Financial accuountability is an absolutly necessity in Canadas First Nations. They expect the government to be financialy accountable all Canadians including the First Nations People of Canada then they need to be accountable to the government and the rest of canadians. As the Government would be expecting everybody else to do the same.

This should be the law for any and all political offices in Canada from the village council to the legislature to parliament to the GG's office.

    Nope.

Most people from Saskatchewan have a large dose of common sense, like this Lady, even those of us who left before you were born.

I think that comes from what we went through in the depression.

And here I thought I was old.

Man, if you went through the depression, my hat's off to you. 8O

I didn't, grandparents did though they have some fun stories about there being more dirt in a storm than air. Strangely one grandpa does use a computer and the internet quite often (more surprising is that he has actual games for them).
