That's pretty nasty down there. Lisa and I have friends who run a nursery outside of Christchurch and we're still waiting to hear from them to see that they're okay.

A friend of mine got a message out the other day, letting us know that he and his fiancée were well...their house would be a bit of a fixer upper now, but they were both OK. They had been heading to Lincoln(a small town just outside of Christchurch) when the quake hit. No power and water in their neighbourhood but the damage was only moderate. Funny, he left Kaohsiung saying he wanted to get out, before a big one hit us and brought everything down.
