PM sends Gov.-Gen. on Middle East goodwill trip

OTTAWA — Prime Minister Stephen Harper is sending the Governor General on a goodwill mission into the world's most volatile region, even as the Canadian government works on a plan to evacuate Canadians out of North Africa.
