Prime Minister Stephen Harper assured Canadians on Thursday that the government does have a strategy in place to protect computer networks, following the revelation that at least three key departments had their systems compromised by hackers.

    Hyuk, we bought a copy of Norton 360 and we're installing it on every gov't computer....

    This has been in the cards for quite some time. The only thing keeping us safe was the fact the computers and software were so old no one had a system in place to hack them because no one thought we still used Dos.
