I don't quite understand why some of them even want to seperate. They want to keep all the federal institutions anyways. Anyway, Quebec has already an unofficial anthem. If we were to seperate (which I don't want), we would at least have that.

I'm not sure. Are you trying to imply that Canada did the same when we gained out independance? Because it's really not the same.

Let them seperate, but they have to print all there own money, they have to create their own armed forces, police force, health care system etc. etc. Our armed forces will lose about %25 of our people due to us haviong to boot non-Canadians from our military but so be it, they can go form Quebec's new military.

A good portion of the Franco troops I have met throughout my years have no desire to move back to Quebec when they retire! Also, I would have to say that almost 100% of the Franco troops that I have met are loyal to Canada and think that the separtists are fucking loons.
