Retired Ottawa man shovels to pay hydro bills

A retired Ottawa man has started shovelling his neighbours' driveways for extra cash to help pay his climbing hydro bills. Alfred Girouard, 74, said his bimonthly bills have jumped up about $50, something that’s been hard to deal with on his fixed income.
