The office, located at the corner of Quadra Street and Tattersall Drive, was unoccupied at the time. Saanich police said a driver with a novice or “N” rating was travelling south on Quadra about 10:15 p.m. and lost control while attempting a right-hand tu

    I know that intersection...

    Tattersall isn't some dinky assed back alley,
    3 lanes at the intersection, 2 sidewalks and a light.
    The building is on the south side, meaning the driver missed the right turn lane,
    and 2 lanes going the other way, and the sidewalk.


    If it was done by accident, the driver is an idiot and should not be allowed to drive any more.

    Her office would likely have been unscathed if only we all drove smart cars. The damages would have been limited to the vehicle's occupants. :D
