This story has a minimum 3 year history. I was watching it on National Geographics, the idea is good, but their main scientist is very arrogant, he was saying to the whole world that he will be very rich and Bill Gates "Will be cleaning his toilet soon" So I never expect a lot from people who speak too much. They are just looking for a way to make and sell some shit to us.

I think its a good idea, as the article says, this may be the answer to feeding the worlds hungry.

It all sounds so yummy. Remember when they said a pill would replace food.....

How can a pill deliver 2000+ calories, plus your daily fibre and vitamin requirements?

I watched 2001- a space odyssey recently. Besides it being a very weird movie, they were really into food in tubes or in pill form in the late 1960s- early 1970’s. Obviously it never took off.

Maybe they could grow Stella and potatoes in a lab and keep us Padraigs happy......?
