Ford brothers revive dream of NFL franchise in Toronto

Having promised Toronto a subway in every pot, the end of property taxes and the rise of the car over transit, Mayor Rob Ford and brother Doug are now tilting at a decades-old impossible dream. They want an NFL franchise in Toronto.
