A man convicted in absentia of sex crimes against children in Cambodia has been allowed unrestricted freedom in Canada, even though the Crown expressed concerns when he was arrested that he was a danger to children.

Cambodia convicts him in absentia and sentences him to 15 years and the Canadian Judicial system lets him walk.
Well it's official.
Our judicial system has just become more fucked up than some third world country's that, until just recently never new democracy, little own justice.
Well done Canada.
