    I hate ever agreeing with the Dippers on anything but they're probably correct on this one. Any assumption of actual competence on the part of the Afghans is a total joke and we (along with the Yanks, Brits, and Aussies) will literally be babysitting these clowns for the rest of the 21st century.

    And he could be wrong too. The non existant standards means a whole range of skills will need to be taught, not necessarily just the combat skills.
