Forward Brayden Schenn, who recently tied a world junior points record for Canada, was traded Monday ahead of the Western Hockey League's deadline.

    Have a great tourney, your value goes up, and then you get traded. Seems to happen every year after the junior tournament.

    That always happens because the trade deadline is the first Monday after the tournament.
