I agree. His heart's in the right place but it more likely than not will get into a hospital or a hole in the ground, or possibly Puget Sound.

Yep, body armour is nice and all but it won't stop a head shot.

That is so Seattle. LARPing superheroes. I love it. Criminals probably run away because they fear the crazy might be contagious.

Can't bitch that the guy is not doing a part to make his city better. Let's all hide in our homes instead and do nothing to stop the violence around us.

Everyone should try to do something to combat crime. Beit stepping in when warranted, taking 'notes' when that isn't possible, 911, just 'something. I think the guy is really just looking for his '15 mins'. Face it. wandering around in public, wearing a costume is really saying " Look at me. I'm cool"! Personally, I lean more towards the 'annonymity' portrayed by Charlie Bronson/ Death Wish manner of combatting crime.

But wait, there's more. Act now, and you can don battlesuits and fight crime with the best of them!

Exactly. No one is saying ignore things you see or run into by chance. However seeking trouble out in order to deal with it, well you had better hope you act legally yourself, are properly trained, have back up and some weapons (Legal and trained on) at your side if need be. In other words become a cop!
