I hope they find whoever did this and do the same damn thing. a couple or four 4 inch nails shot to the head and then left by the roadside. Perhaps some dog will come by and save it. (Notice I used it because a human identity is not warranted by this type if individual).
I'd classify these individuals next to the cockroaches. The nail gun treatment for their mental disorder seems in order. To send this individual to psycho Therapy would be a waste of time.
