Hells Angels appeared in three of his music videos and he answered no to being associated with a criminal organization? Well, he doesn't look too smart to begin with.

They asked him if he was a of the Hells Angels, not if he ever associated with him. As per Public Animal's post, there are countless sports stars and musicians who party with Hells Angels - add Jose Theodore to the long list of celebrities that includes the Rolling Stones.

They might have asked him that the first time, however even a shitty interrogator is going to ask if he was associated or had any dealings with them as a follow up question. Plus the story is completely this guy's story, so I doubt he's going to recall everything he was asked. The guy looks and sounds like he's 100% attitude and 0% brains.

As I said, what type of "association" constitutes ground for exclusion? If Mick Jagger and Jose Theodore can party with the HA and have no problems, why not this guy?

A rap star with 100% attitude and 0% brains? No way!

He does not have a right to enter the USA.

Now, if he were a Mexican drug dealer or a human trafficker that'd be a different matter.

My heart bleeds for him. He's obviously associated with gangs, so whatever ill befalls him is his own doing.

I had a client that I knew was a member of the Hells.
If someone asked me if I associated with them, would I have to answer "yes"? :?

And I don't have much sympathy for you either. Why would you want to do business with those scum?

But do you park his truck in your home driveway? Do you take pictures of him for promotional purposes titled going in 4 the kill?

To be more precise, he was a client of the company I worked for, so take it up with them...

...he disappeared for a few years at one time, until they found his body at the bottom of the St-Laurence. 8O

Sounds like BS to me.... I guess he's just not famous enough to get a pass.

I'm guessing that the custom agent was not a fan, or emcee Mad Child didn't use enough grease on that wheel. 8O

One small detail-he was from entering the USA he might not be completely yet.

Lawyers to be paid, appeals to be made etc., etc., etc.
