Canada dominant in 4-1 win over the U.S.A.

Team Canada dominated the U.S.A. from one end of the ice to the other for three periods in the World Junior Hockey Championships semi-final, winning 4-1 over their arch-rivals and getting a measure of revenge for last year's loss in the gold medal game.
