Retailers have been handing out plenty of plastic bags during the busy holiday shopping period -- though likely not as many as before.

Rob Ford felt like saving himself 60 bucks a year on his car registration.. now he feels like saving himself 5 cents when he does groceries.
And unfortunately, he's too cheap to listen to stats.
