The North won't do shit. They'd lose their regime and they know it.

    Bingo. R=UP

The only thing little Kim the Stalanist troglodyte wants for Christmas is more free food so his Merry little Hermit Kingdom regime doesn't get toppled.

So in the spirit of Christmas let me be the first to say, Him let him bluster all he wants cause if the US/UN cave again, every holdiay's gonna end up being the same thing.

As the matter of fact, he kinda reminds me of the inbred drunken brother in law that used to come over to your house for the holdiays and spend it lapping up all your dad's booze and trying to fondle you're moms ass. All the while nobody had the balls to say anything to him cause it might hurt his feelings.

I'm not so sure of that, with China backing the North and offering to bailout other countries.

Then there is the fact that China is close to surpassing the US as the most powerful superpower buy some estimates.

That too I feel may be greatly underestimated, China's military force is well known to be the largest in the world both in weapons and soldiers.

But those forces are useless if they cannot project them outside their own borders. The US can land on any beach, worldwide, in a matter of days or even hours. China cannot.

I'm confident if Kim Jong Nutbar started bringing serious firepower down on civilians, China would step back and say to the US - "Fill yer boots".

He has threatening Sacred War (or blowing gas out his pants) for decades. His threats are becoming boring to all except in South Korea. Kim Jomg Ill is real Ill hopefully soon he will meet his "Event Horizon".

You guys don't get it - He's the dear leader. They're not godless, just have a real living breathing one. As Mr Canada would point out, they ain't good commies at all, and no other country seems to have managed that trick either.

Considering that the South Koreans seem to be a lot more pissed off and aggressive this time around Kim's whole plan is coming dangerously close to totally backfiring on his ridiculous ass anyway.

That would be nice, let's hope the SKs keep up the pressure. It might be enough to destabilzed NK tho. The point of NK's agression, people are saying, is to solidify fuckface's son's position as a general and ultimately leader. If this latest NK aggression backfires on them, the other military leaders might be tempted to stage a coup, and who knows where that would lead.

Actually, IIRC, this is par for the course, particularily when it comes to dynastic rule amoung Asians. Papa is old and sick but he don't want the world to know lest NK appear weak. So Kim will keep up his shit until Junior takes over.
Then Junior will rattle NK's sabres for a bit to "prove" his strength.
And then, hopefully things will quiet down until Junior gets old and sick.
