Battle brewing over Saskatchewan plan to divert water into Manitoba

Officials and residents are squaring off over Saskatchewan's plan to divert water into Manitoba. The Saskatchewan Watershed Authority wants to divert water from Fishing Lake, where more than 700 cottages are at risk of spring flooding, into Manitoba.
