BEIJING — The Nobel Peace Prize ceremony in Oslo on Friday may be remembered more for those who did not attend than for any heartfelt words about world affairs.

After last year, the Nobel prizes are a joke.

Any European countries that don't obey their masters in Beijing and stay away from the Awards will likely be given a lifetime supply of toxic overalls, firehazard heaters, overheating remote controls and of course our favorite, lead base painted toys.

Fuck China and anyone who supports their warped totalitarian government. May the fleas of a thousand North Koreans infest their armpits.

Not just wal mart, the majority of toys on all shelves in all stores these days are made in china, same with clothing and a whole list of other things, a Barbie bought at Wal Mart is made in the same place as one bought at Toy-R-Us.
Unfortunately due to trade agreements and contracts from major companies for cheaper manufaturing china is where alot of our stuff comes from

Huh? Chemistry? Physics? Economics? Peace? Medicine? Which laureate(s), exactly, do you have a beef with?

Yeah, maybe the Nobel prize is a joke but not the rest of 'em.

The Nobel Peace Prize has been kind of an on-again, off-again joke for a while, but that is partially due to media bias. What's this, another unknown who dedicated their life for the betterment of others? Ho-hum. Let's go pay attention to this other nomination that is controversial for political/social reasons!
