Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has said a new arms race could begin in the next decade if Nato and Moscow fail to agree on a joint missile shield.

    Arm's race would be good I personally think. Cold war had one of the longest period of peace in history

    Well this would more likely turn into a 3 way race between Russia, China and the USA. The arms race did stop the USSR from using nukes on China though.
