Iran says fueling of first nuclear plant completed

TEHRAN — Iran's nuclear chief said Saturday the country's first nuclear power plant has been loaded up with fuel -- an incremental step that brings Iran closer to nuclear-generated electricity -- and indicated it could go on line by late January.
