I'd sooner visit the one in Rio. I'm not German or Russian, so visiting Poland has no real appeal for me. On the other hand it's nice to see that idolatry is still doing well in the Catholic Church.

The RC church spares no expense when it comes to such things, they will just take it from the money for the child rape victims fund.

None taken, and yes sometimes I do a too far. After decades of Communism when the Church was the only think keeping the countrys "self identity" I can see why they might want to put up something big to express their beliefs.

The Church is determined to hang to Europe, and Poland is a stronghold for them.

For a lot of people, the Church was a way of getting thru what was otherwise a
very miserable existence, thanks to Mr. C's heroes.

That was a real thought out reply. Is that the educational lesson that I need.I was expecting an explanation why you are you are not interested to visit Poland as you are not German or Russian. Maybe you should visit Poland and see how well the Poles have done for themselves after being through what they have been through.
Maybe you should visit O?wi?cim if you want to educate yourself on the history regarding Nazi occupied Europe. I would have written it by the name most know it as but since you are not German maybe you could not understand "Auschwitz".
