Yesterday evening, another scandal: a ex-Liberal MNA tells the mayor of Laval, who is ruling without opposition since 1989, gave him 10,000$ for a campaign 17 years ago. This morning, a sitting Liberal MNA said the same thing, it happened 8 years ago.
Sources say that Charest knew it but decided to do nothing.
