Campbell rolls out new B.C. cabinet

B.C. Premier Gordon Campbell rolled out some sweeping changes to his cabinet line-up on Monday morning in Victoria and also replace his own Chief of Staff, Martyn Brown with the former CEO of ICBC Paul Taylor.
