A Long Island, NY man has been charged with sexual misconduct, attempted sexual misconduct and burglary after he allegedly broke into his tenants' apartment to sexually assault their two-year-old Shiba Inu named Snowball.

Well the media often refers to 18 year old criminals as boys and girls. I say toss him in naked with some two year old rotties, dobbies or a mastiff...that ought to cure him of his deviance...or at least his ability to carry it out.

When this sort of thing happens in a country where bestiality isn't actually illegal they often go to trial anyway stating that the animals where underage. Hence the word puppy being used.
