CALGARY - Leaving her elderly cat's broken leg untreated for months, until it became gangrenous and fell off, has landed a Calgary woman a $2,000 fine.

    It's not the vet's fault. They said to bring the cat back for another appointment because they didn't have a X-Ray tech there. It's was the owners responsibility to bring her back, it was her pet.
