It’s late at night, and you’re heading back to the city after a weekend at your palatial country estate when the thermal imaging night vision camera on your Knight XV armoured vehicle picks up something suspicious ahead.

It seems to be missing the cow catcher on the front.

It's actually hidden underneath. When you push a button in the cockpit, the cow catcher deploys

Next you'll be telling me you can press a button to deploy a propeller and wings.

    You can't, can you?

Well, to be fair now, with todays composite materials and the fact the Sherman wasn't exactly heavily armoured, it might be a fair comparison. At least they didn't claim the strength of an Abrams.

Ahhh, but then they qualified it:

"military grade ballistic armour that is strong enough to stop an armour-piercing bullet, gunfire from an AK-47 or the destructive force of a hand grenade."

Nothing about anti-tank gun rounds, artillery or heavy machine gun fire. FWIW a hand grenade isn't supposed to have a whole lot of destructive force. It's only got 6 oz or so of Comp B.

I just <3 marketing language! Not!

With growing income inequality, I guess this will be the vehicle du jour for the ruling elite soon. Just make sure your chauffeur isn't some bleeding heart, tax the rich commie who will deliver you to the rabble. But if Bart ever needs a job, here's an opportunity.

Bah ! Like a beached whale over here in the dunes. No good unless you just want to drive on flat tracks.

No, it's ultra special Extreme red. Us regular folks can't handle it without marketing training, $49.95 (extra special limited introductory regular price, buy TWO!!) and signing a liability waiver.

    :D
