Saint John's black community is appealing directly to the Queen Elizabeth for an apology for a 1785 decree that severely restricted where they could live or fish.

Why should they be left out when everybody else gets one. After all this is only 225 years ago, so the wounds are still fresh. An apology would help these poor victims achieve closure. Plenty of cash would help even more.

The Reformacons are the party of white men. Harper would be the perfect guy to issue a blanket apology for all white men and the fact of their mere existence. Maybe we should all be forced to wear MC tattooed on our foreheads.
