Harper calls F-35 fighter best jet for Canada's airforce

WINNIPEG — Prime Minister Stephen Harper used the backdrop of Winnipeg's Bristol Aerospace plant this afternoon to promote his government's controversial purchase of the F-35 fighter jet.
