Col. Williams neighbour speaks out on theft

An Orleans, Ont., woman who lived on the same street as Col. Russell Williams � now accused of two slayings, sex assaults and numerous break-ins � told police she was shocked when she discovered all of her lingerie had been stolen during a 2008 break-in.
