Just five weeks after pledging to hold the line on coffee prices, Starbucks has announced "targeted price adjustments on certain beverages in certain markets."

I make my own coffe so couldn't care less, these kind of actions are going to make people do the same. Starbucks was already too costly anyways.

Never been a fan of their coffee, can only stand it when in latte form. Too expensive and too "trendy" for my tastes. No shock though, everyone else will be raising their prices too, seems to be a general thing in the coffee world. It won't hurt them much, people will still pay to have the "status" of holding one of their cups in hand.

I've been carrying around a couple of $10 gift cards (obviously a gift from someone) for there for months now and it never strikes me to stop and buy anything even though it'll be "free". Maybe I should just buy a couple of mugs or something just to use them.

I hate coffee but I will say that Starbucks quite possibly saved my life.
I was coming back from a trip to the US when about 2 hrs into the 9 hour drive I was getting a dangerous case of the nods, and the Coca-Cola wasn't cutting it

I stopped at the next rest stop I ran across and ordered a cappucino (which I actually like) with a triple shot of espresso in it ( which is disgusting lol)
When I walked in the door of my house 7 hours later, I was bouncing off the walls. Better than any beaners I've ever taken

Stabucks is trendy upcsale cofee stop and with the wifi in its stores it makes it more trendy, buy some coffee and you can sit there all day staring at your laptop.

Yeah I know, like I said we have dozens here and dozens more popping up all the time. I don't think we have a mall without one and you know dubai is the land of malls Mostly frequented by the locals sitting there all day trying to pick up chicks.

Can't stant Starbucks, they couldn't pay ME to drink their coffee, a clear case of "people will buy it anyway" and it's already too expensive.
My wife bought one of those Pumpkin Spice deals from them the other day, cost like 6 bucks, I told her she'd better have an orgasim while drinking it.

I'm looking for a manual grinder and I'm having problems.
I saw one in a store near here, a fancy German thing that costs $115. 8O

Myself, I'm not a coffee person at all, I like good old cup of Tea. Lipton and Brooke Bond . Dunno if they have those in Canada but anybodys whose lived in the UK will surely know about it.

Starbucks overroasts their beans leaving any flavour of coffee tasting burnt. Save your money and buy an insulated travel mug and brew your own at home. No long lineups, better coffee and no having to deal with their moronic help who insist on calling a large coffee a 'grande".

    Fuck Starbucks.
