The State of Virginia is set to execute a woman for the first time in nearly 100 years Thursday evening, despite allegations she is mentally challenged.
I think the judge made a terrible mistake in this case.
"The two men who fired the fatal shots, Rodney Fuller, 27, and Matthew Shallenberger, 29, got life sentences, but the judge sentenced Lewis to death, calling her the "mastermind" behind the killings -- "the head of this serpent."
All three should have been executed not just her.
Shallenburger killed himself in prison in 2006.
It's kind of funny in a macabre way that she outlived Shallenburger. Oh well two down one to go.
Sorry not to speak rudely about the dead but what kind of low standard hitmen took sex as payments from that mug ! ewwwww. t As for her being executed, you do the crime be ready to the time. She was dumd but not dumb enough to plan and mastermind the killing.
As for the hit-men.....
All three should have been executed not just her.

Her IQ is 72? That matters how? Did she do what they accused her of? Did they prove it? Case closed.
Maybe they were looking for a "Not Guilty on Account of Being an Idiot" ruling.

One could argue the IQ test was tampered with.
They all should have been fried.
