Her IQ is 72? That matters how? Did she do what they accused her of? Did they prove it? Case closed.

    As for the hit-men.....
Prosecutors said Lewis hired two hit men and paid them with sex, cash and a promised cut of the $250,000 life insurance.
They took sex from her as payment? Now who were the truly mentally incompetent ones.... PDT_Armataz_01_32

I think the judge made a terrible mistake in this case.

"The two men who fired the fatal shots, Rodney Fuller, 27, and Matthew Shallenberger, 29, got life sentences, but the judge sentenced Lewis to death, calling her the "mastermind" behind the killings -- "the head of this serpent."

All three should have been executed not just her.

Shallenburger killed himself in prison in 2006.

It's kind of funny in a macabre way that she outlived Shallenburger. Oh well two down one to go.

Maybe they were looking for a "Not Guilty on Account of Being an Idiot" ruling. :|

As for her being executed, you do the crime be ready to the time. She was dumd but not dumb enough to plan and mastermind the killing.

Under U.S. law, anyone with an IQ of 70 cannot receive the death penalty.

One could argue the IQ test was tampered with.

Looking at her how could she pay in sex, it looks she would be the one paying to have sex.

They all should have been fried.
