I'll go ya one further  I've advocated for years that Canada should build a super-prison on one of our God-forsaken, uninhabited arctic islands. Send the real serious pieces of shit there and let them sort it out amongst themselves.
Hell we could even charge other countries to imprison their serious pieces of shit and make a few bucks off the deal

Why build a prison? Just start a colony on Baffin Island. Start populating the north.

I've been saying the same thing for years now, send them up to the top end of Baffin Island, supply them with the tools they need and let them build their own prison.

You could be right there, but it was the Russians who truly incorporated the idea, there the camps (gulags) were originally built by prisoners and run by ex-prisoners.

Eric Jean-Pierre Riendeau was charged on Aug. 9 with living off the avails of prostitution, assault and trafficking in persons

This guy besides being the lowest form of life on the planet is also incredibly stupid.

All he had to do was change his name to Singh, rent a ship, load it up with people from some god foresaken far eastern country, bring them into Canada illegally, make them his slaves to pay if off their debt, then, instead of being charged, he'd likely have been hailed as a hero by certain segments of Canadian society and gotten off scott free.
