A rich businessman was wearing a diaper when he plotted to murder his wife with his dominatrix-mistress and her ex-lover hitman, a jury heard Monday.

Okay. Is this guy going to claim raial/ethnic/sexual preference/Chief whiner status abuse to be set free and a couple of million in compensation.

Perhaps he'll want a Don't Ask Don't Policy on his diaper wearing.
