How did deported killer get back into Canada?

The better question is, why diddn't he get arrested? He came to Canada, murdered somebody and his punishment is a ticket home to Jamacia? Hes only NOW facing possible prison time for sneaking back into Canada? Yeah I guess that whole murdering thing was no biggie, the real crimes are sneaking into the country illegally.

Another great job by the Canadian Border Services. If this piece of crap can get a Canadian Passport and waltz through the front door, can you imagine what other wonderful illegals, with international criminal and terrorist connections, we've got living here?

I have no problem shipping criminals back to where they came from before they served their time here. Just brand a big C on their foreheads so we're sure they can't get back in the country.

Hell. We're welcoming in illegals by the boat load, walking them ashore one at a time, shielding them from the rain, or the sun, whichever the requirement,offering them a place to live, basically seeing to their every want an need, providing them with housing and income, medical, dental ( Did I miss anything????)
