Tampering of baby formula prompts warning

An infant became ill after consuming some powdered infant formula from a can that was tampered with, prompting a warning from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency late Friday.

    Although I agree with you, GT, where is the parents accountability?
    "The top seal was removed and the plastic (cap) put back on so there's an obvious tampering issue," he said in a phone interview.


    Every parent knows (or should know, because it says so on the packaging) that you should not use the product when the seal is broken.
